近日WAN Awards 2022年评选结果出炉，清华苑设计团队完成的项目“观湖文化艺术体育场馆”荣获2022世界建筑新闻奖（WAN Award）未来类休闲建筑最终候选人提名（finalist）。世界建筑新闻奖评委对该项目的提名给予了高度评价，这是对设计团队出色的创造力和设计能力的认可。
世界建筑新闻网大奖（World Architecture News Awards）是世界上最大的国际建筑奖项之一，至今已成功举办13届。每年邀请国际顶尖专家担任评委，具有非常广的全球覆盖率（网页读者超过80万，年度浏览量超过500万，社交媒体粉丝超过70万），拥有健全的评审体系，为原创设计提供公平的竞争平台。
2022年度世界建筑新闻网大奖共有145个项目入围（建筑70个，未来项目38个，专业类别37个，材料4个），其中中国项目52个，占比35.9%这一奖项为全球最具影响力的国际建筑奖之一，每年邀请国际顶尖专家担任评委，具有广泛的全球覆盖率和健全的评审体系，为原创设计提供公平的竞争平台。
本次获奖的项目由李晓华主持设计，旨在打造一个多功能场馆，提供文化、艺术和体育活动的场所。场馆坐落于 “一河两岸”的核心位置。大跨、高大空间复合模式为中心城区高强度开发文体设施提供了有益的尝试。建筑主体抬升，释放底层架空层作为全民运动公园；屋顶市民休闲公园结合景观大台阶及螺旋上升的步行休闲坡道，强化立体维度的联系及景观层次，形成富有张力的立体城市公园。
Recently, the results of the WAN Awards 2022 were announced, and the project "Guānhú Culture, Art and Sports Center" designed by the design team at Tsinghua University was nominated as a finalist in the Future Leisure Architecture category of the 2022 World Architecture News Awards (WAN Award). The judges highly praised the project and recognized the team's outstanding creativity and design ability.
The World Architecture News Awards is one of the largest international architecture awards in the world and has been successfully held for 13 sessions. Every year, top international experts are invited to serve as judges, with a very broad global coverage (over 800,000 website readers, over 5 million annual page views, and over 700,000 social media fans). With a sound evaluation system, it provides a fair competition platform for original designs.
In 2022, a total of 145 projects were shortlisted for the World Architecture News Awards (70 buildings, 38 future projects, 37 professional categories, and 4 materials), of which 52 were from China, accounting for 35.9%.
This award is one of the most influential international architecture awards in the world, inviting top international experts to serve as judges every year, with a broad global coverage and sound evaluation system, providing a fair competition platform for original designs.
The winning project was led by Li Xiaohua and aimed to create a multi-functional venue that provides a place for cultural, artistic, and sports activities. The venue is located in the core area of "one river and two banks". The large-span and tall space composite mode provides a beneficial attempt for the high-intensity development of cultural and sports facilities in the central urban area. The main body of the building is raised, releasing the lower overhead layer as a public sports park; the roof citizen leisure park is combined with the landscape grand steps and spiral rising pedestrian leisure ramp, strengthening the three-dimensional dimension and landscape hierarchy, forming a tension-filled three-dimensional urban park.
